How much we charge depends on the types of services we are providing our clients with and the amount of work involved with providing those services. We typically charge a flat rate to clients that require a one-time development project. For example a typical informational website can cost between $500 and $1500 depending on the size of the website. After your website is completed we will work closely with you to maintain the website and update it as needed. The cost of maintaining your website will depend on several factors and therefore is not easily answered without first determining your website needs. For those customers who choose to take advantage of our web hosting services, we will make minor changes and updates at no additional cost. Website hosting fees are based on the type of website you want hosted and the complexity of its' functionality. To see the different hosting levels please visit the services section of this website. If your website does not need to communicate with a database and it only contains between 5 – 10 static web pages then you would be charged the "Brochure" hosting charges of $9.99. If your website had more then 10 web pages and it does not need database connectivity or dynamic content, the site could move up into the "Lite" category with a monthly fee of $19.99. The "Standard" hosting package, which many small business websites fall under, is for websites that require some dynamic content or minimal database connectivity. The "Professional", "Developer", and "Enterprise" hosting packages are designed for online businesses that offer dynamically generated content to their customer. Examples of dynamic content include product detail pages displayed when a user selects a specific product, shopping carts that maintain the products or services a customer selects, and online ordering processes that enables customers to complete an ordering process online. The “Professional” hosting package has a cost of $39.99 a month and includes database management and updates for your products or services. For sites that have online ordering process and require secure Internet connections, the “Developer” or “Enterprise” hosting package is required.

You can decrease the total development time by taking some time to think about what you want on your website and providing us with that content in a timely manner.

The content you will need to provide us with will depend on the type of web site you are creating and what information you want to be presented to your site's visitors. A few examples of content can include a company profile, descriptions of products or services offered, company contact information, frequently asked questions and product or service warranty information. Our graphics team will work closely with you to create a logo that will best represent your company. We will provide you all the necessary logo file formats to use on a website, business cards, letterhead, or even fabric embroidery. The cost of creating your logo will depend on the complexity of the design and how long it takes to agree on the final design. Most logos can be completed for $100 - $250. To reduce your cost we recommend spending some time thinking about how you want your logo to look and by providing us with as much initial input as possible.
